How's the park population handling things?

Some dogs (whose names begin with B)--spend more time socializing with humans than other dogs. (Especially when she suspects a treat is a possibility.) Bella has pretty good recall, but she really feels everyone has a duty to love on her--this generally leads to us walking up to the person under siege.
