You've put a major issue of mine

...into words. If I take a devil's nap, my mood and sleep patterns are thrown all to hell.

MyGuy and Bella, on the other hand, can nap all day and sleep all night. I'm a bit jealous, tbh.

I'm gonna give A & D another try.
