I've just had the disability issue for Loncon3 pointed out to me. If you go to Exhibits you will see that disability issues are explicitly addressed. I have no idea why we don't have the other stuff up and have written to the con chairs. Two of the ConCom have mobility impairments and one has a hearing impairment. We've been discussing it for ages and I'm incredibly embarrassed and apologetic that none of this has made it to the web page. This is why one should use critical readers before publishing.
