This is a really excellent critique - I'd be interested in reading more, if you come upon other things you want to blog about during your search. The cons that force you to wear a special sticker on your badge, wtf!

Also I love "animals are sometimes questioned if the need is not apparent." Great use of the passive voice there! Questioned by whom, hmmm?
