I don't go to either of these cons (yet) but they look awesome! It looks like you do a wonderful job.
The only thing I noticed was that at ReaderCon, the stages don't have ramps. This is strange to me, and it's something the hotel should provide. The convention brings in a lot of money to the hotel, and I don't think it's unreasonable at all for the convention to ask the hotel to get ramps. They are a basic part of universal design.
