Yes, you are absolutely right. It seemed like "oh, a dystopia concept" but then looked like it was hitting comedy notes in the trailer (the giant bottle of vodka, for example). The whole plot seemed to be "some people who decide to become small." Sometimes it's nice when the twist is not revealed, so I suppose I'll see what the reviews have to say.
