My journaling issues.

I think I'm journaling less because I don't quite know how to manage having two journals. And it's not good for me to be journaling less!

Should I cross-post at all? Should I cross-post only some things? If so, what? How should I be using my 2 journals?

My original idea was to keep DW for fandom and LJ for personal and local things and whining. Now, I'm not so sure. Shouldn't fandom people also get to see my posts about chickens and books and get to hear my whining? I'm bad at separating aspects of my life! ACK. (But, well, people can always friend me on LJ...?)

TELL ME WHAT TO DO, INTERNET.

Personally, I am crossposting everything, and just have the same filters in both places (though they get less use in DW since not as many people are on here) where filters apply.

For myself, I would very much enjoy both fandom and chickens, etc. related content. I am, however, willing to keep you on both flists if that's the way you choose to go.

I've been just crossposting over both journals and enjoying the comments from both. Sooner or later I'll make it comments on dreamwidth-only, but I'm okay for now. I'm hoping they'll make it easier for LJ people to comment on DW.

It gets a little annoying, especially when interesting conversations are happening on both sides but with no connection - I've got to find a way to make it work so everyone can talk to each other on the same page, I think. But in the meanwhile, this is doable.

Yeah, that's the tricky part.

At the moment, I'm keeping up in both places and following my friends however they post.
