Bad Xmas gift

My Christmas gift from my brother and SIL was a daily calendar from the Onion fake newspaper. Now, normally I like the Onion, and to be fair, my brother couldn't have known what was inside.

The first page, Jan 1/2, was a rape joke. @TBoneJenkins on Twitter suggested I throw the calendar away.

What do you think?

I thought of the burning as an offering to an unknown goddess.

I think it's from the Bible, although I haven't actually checked. I hear my Christian acquaintances quote it.

I would be inclined to write them an angry letter on the back of the rape joke and mail it back to them, along with the rest of the calendar, requesting a refund.
