I re-read that all the time. Most recently someone tried to explain to me that the union's insistence that if an employee acts like they have television depression you must refer them to mental health services? I tried to explain why this was troubling me to a dude who a) wasn't at the meeting we were discussing this at and b) doesn't know a damned thing about mental health and he decided to explain to me in really small words that it was to cover the university's ass in case a student got a gun and started shooting up campus.
There was so much lol no in that I didn't even have a clue on how to respond. Just... no. no. But he must be right! He's a dude! What could I possibly know?
