thank you for this. I've been thinking about it a bit too but i can never quite *talk about* it. the other day i was telling people i had on my grumpy pants and it was surrounding the fact that too many people just demand that i be able to talk on the phone. I feel bullied, and i respond to that feeling with anger. I am just figuring some of this out now. thanks.
