My standard response (which you can take or not) is: what are your optimistic dreams for the future, from your hoped-for life span through a few years after?
I think it's harder to be realistically optimistic than pessimistic, which is why I ask this.

Also (dur) sorry about the stressed Sorcha. I thought she looked kind of relaxed in the picture, but maybe that was a relaxed time for her.
