It's funny that you mention the turkey legs. My mom used to put turkey legs into a covered roaster with Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup and cook them until the meat came off the bone. We bought a turkey on sale and Shirley is going to break it into pieces. Maybe I'll get some soup and do the same.
