Today was better for me, still a struggle but I managed to do a lot of things, probably because I rested so much yesterday. I'm trying to give Abbie some more exercise, so we went to the dog park briefly, then to the pet food store for treats, then to the bookstore to pick up some letters for books to prisoners. I also did some laundry and ran to the library to pick up a hold. Difficult walking right now; the sidewalks are icy and the snow cover is mixed ice and snow.
It is difficult feeling like I have become more disabled.
I'm enjoying "The Last of Us," it's very well done.
Small victories: Emailed a friend to ask for help with cleaning the floors.
