This vid is hilarious and sweet, a very slight alteration of the movie to make a slash reading. The combination of the song and source really get me in the squee place, because it's funny and silly but also TRUE. As in, these two really love each other! They would fight and die for each other! But they also laugh a lot and tease each other and don't take life too seriously. Except when they do. It's that thing, you know, that contradiction about love, the intensity that bubbles over into delight. This vid helped me out during a particularly hard time in my life when I was in the throes of coming out, because it is filled with Hoyay.

A mood vid that you love

What's meant by this? Don't all vids convey a mood of some kind?

Well, I'm going with There still remains the cocaine bottle by damned_colonial. Sherlock Holmes (2010). The music for this is gorgeous instrumental, the mood to me is intense, brooding, obsessive, dangerous. Holmes has moments of connection with others but the vid flashes back to him alone with his violin, starting into space, detached, alone with his thoughts and his addictions.
