PhoenixCon: their stated policy is to violate the law. They're not just in violation of the law, they clearly advertise this fact. (Truth in advertising! Yay!) Also, what good does the badge do? What are the mobility services? How will spot-saving be perceived if it's actually practiced as recommended?
