New awesome words

Two words that should clearly enter common usage:

1. Textravert (n) (coined by badgerbag): a person (like me) who is more inclined to extraversion in textual format.

2. Dollhouse (v) (coined by takumashii:

To make excuses for the failings of a serial entertainment in the hope that those failings are going to be undercut any moment now, because they're just too stupid to continue as presented.

Usage example:

"I thought the last episode of Glee was kind of bad, but I'm Dollhousing it for at least a couple more episodes."

ION I am still extremely tired, and I promise to call the doctor tomorrow.

It's so funny, because I do not have TV at all, have not been watching TV, but I sort of feel like I have, because I've been reading these commentaries! What you say about Glee is what I've heard from others too, were_duck and raanve I think.

It's a little bit interesting to me, all the commentary about Glee -- not that it's a bad thing at all. The opposite in fact, but I tend to think Glee isn't that much worse than most other shows out there with its portrayal of minority characters and yet people are talking about it. I don't know if it's due to Glee's theatrical tone, so the characters are a little more exaggerated/extreme, or racefail or what. But people are talking about it.
