01. The first character I fell in love with: Buffy!
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Andrew? Because he starts out hanging with the villains, and I didn't pay much attention to him, but now I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Angel, or maybe Riley. Possibly no one loves Riley. I feel pretty Meh about Angel most of the time-- he's OK but I don't love him! Too much man pain.
04. The character I love that everyone else hates: DAWN, can you believe it? I love Dawn. Just because she is a normal teenage girl does not mean people should hate her. I like her interactions with Spike in particular.
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Cordelia. She was once so fun to watch, and what the hell happened with her in the Angel series, I don't even know.
06. The character I would shag anytime: Faith, obviously.
07. The character I want to be like: Buffy. OK, sometimes she can be annoying but I think most of the time she is admirable and handles adversity well; I think this is true of the other characters as well. I like her Get Shit Done attitude. I suspect she relies on her friends more than other Slayers have.
08. The character I'd slap: Riley.
09. A pairing that I love: Buffy/Faith. I also like most of the canon pairings.
10. A pairing that I hate: The idea of Giles with anybody sort of creeps me out a little; I guess I'm like the Scoobies that way.
11. Favorite character: Ahhhhh I can't decide!!
12. My five favorite characters: Faith, Oz, Willow, Buffy, Spike, not in any particular order. ALSO ANDREW. ALSO GILES. Geez.
13. My five least favorite characters: Riley, Buffy's mom (sorry), Demon Mayor, the John Ritter robot character, Glory (the villain from season 6).
14. Which character I am most like: Maybe Willow, who is sort of shy and bookish and can get very enthusiastic in a geeky way.
15. My deep, dark fandom secret: I did not watch Buffy until 2008!!! But the thing about Buffy, it will always be waiting for you. Like regret, IT IS NEVER TOO LATE.

02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Sam Anders. I liked him much better after writing from his perspective.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Lee Adama, I loathe him. Leemo!
04. The character I love that everyone else hates: I don't think there is anyone here who qualifies, except I do think Cally got an unfair treatment by the writers.
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Starbuck. Remember in the beginning when she punched Tigh? Then towards the end when she slapped Gaius Baltar? Nuff Said.
06. The character I would shag anytime: Dualla, played by Kandyse McClure. Incidentally, she also played a minor character in Season 2 of Dark Angel.
07. The character I want to be like: Helo. All the other people are horrible.
08. The character I'd slap: Baltar. SLUG HIM actually.
09. A pairing that I love: Gaeta/Hoshi, awww, actual canonical queers!
10. A pairing that I hate: Tigh/Six and their baby that was killed because they didn't LOVE it enough, blech
11. Favorite character: The Gaeta that exists in my imagination
12. My five favorite characters: Helo, Gaeta, Dualla, Tyrol, Billy. Yeah, this didn't serve me well.
13. My five least favorite characters: Baltar!!!!!! I hate him enough for all 5.

02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Lorne! He's such a pretty boy wholesome guy, not my type at all, and yet I LOVE HIM.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't: I never quite warmed to Todd the Wraith.
04. The character I love that everyone else hates: There isn't anyone like that!
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Um... I dunno. I was prepared to like Carson but never really did, and didn't care much about him ever.
06. The character I would shag anytime: Any of the four team members.
07. The character I want to be like: TEYLA.
08. The character I'd slap: Those fools at the SGC.
09. A pairing that I love: John/Rodney, and John/Teyla/Rodney/Ronon
10. A pairing that I hate: I have never read John/Elizabeth; I wouldn't go so far as to say I "hate" it, but just that it's not my thing.
11. Favorite character: Rodney
12. My five favorite characters: Team plus Lorne; I am also quite fond of Zelenka
13. My five least favorite characters: I feel pretty meh about Ford, Keller, Elizabeth, Carson, and Woolsey; but often I blame this on the writers.
14. Which character I am most like: Unfortunately I feel like I relate to John lately. But if I were on Atlantis I would be one of the nameless minions working in the labs.
15. My deep, dark fandom secret: I wish I lived on Atlantis and I wish it were a real city! (That and Deep Space Nine.)

Whee! I also like Dawn more than most of fandom seems to--like, she annoys me a lot of the time, but that's what she's supposed to do, she's an annoying teenaged girl! And I agree, I think her relationship with Spike is one of the most surprisingly subtle relationships on the show.

Right! She's also "The Key" and didn't ask to be placed where she is. Maybe I found her less annoying because I watched the show really fast and was able to quickly pass by less than stellar episodes.

Andrew, so much yes, he's literally what's-his-name for so long and then slowly but surely he turns into one of the most memorable characters on the show!

I like Riley. And I like Angel!Angel, but not so much Buffy!Angel. Reverse that for Cordy.
