Weird and funny dream

Just had the funniest, weirdest pseudo-sex dream. Warning for... body horror?



I* was at a convention and decided to hook up with a skinny, nerdy, inexperienced guy. So we get done with that, and like an hour later, his balls literally fall out of his body, like the ball sac splits and the balls fall out, and he requires medical attention. The doctor is like, could be because of nutritional deficiency? Were you born premature? And they tell him, you'll just have to wait for them to grow back.

*I am often seeing a dream through the POV of a character, like watching a single POV-movie.

This is so funny, omg, what the fuck brain!
